  सरकारले सैनिक सेवा (तेस्रो संसोधन), २०७७ नियमावली पारित गरेको छ।प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटारमा बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले रक्षामन्त्रालयको प्रस्तावमा संसोधित सैनिक नियमावली पारित गरेको हो।उक्त कुरा बुधबार सरकार प्रवक्ता एवं सञ्चार तथा सूचना प्रविधि मन्त्री पार्वत गुरूङले पुस २९, माघ ५ र ११ गते बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकका निर्णय सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्।मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले गरेका ११ निर्णयमा ७ औं नम्बरमा सैनिक सेवा नियमावली (तेस्रो संसोधन) स्वीकृत गर्ने निर्णय भएको उल्लेख छ। यो सँगै अब नेपाली सेनाका सिपाहीले १६ बर्षमै पेन्सनमा जाने बाटो खुलेको छ।मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले संसोधित सैनिक नियमावली पारित गरेसँगै अब सो निर्णय स्वीकृतीका लागि राष्ट्रपति कार्यालयमा जाने छ।राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भण्डारीले स्वीकृती प्रदान गरेसँगै नेपाल राजपत्रमा प्रकाशित भएपछि १६ बर्षे पेन्सन सेवा नेपाली सेनामा कार्यान्वयनमा आउने छ। पेन्सनबारे साना दर्जाको सैनिकको निरन्तर गुनासो आइरहेपछि सम्बोधनका लागि प्रधानसेनापति पूर्णचन्द्र थापाले अथक प्रयाश गरेका हुन।यो सँगै सिपाहीलाई १६ बर्षमा पेन्सन दिलाउने प्रधानसेनापति थापाको सपन...
